Short version: it is a personal domain.
I registered fomin.pro because I wanted an address that would not change when I
moved jobs, mail providers or countries. It has outlived several of each.
The site is deliberately plain. It is hand-written HTML and one stylesheet, served by nginx from a small virtual machine. There is no build step, no analytics and no JavaScript, which is why it has survived this long without maintenance.
